When I started my journey to fitness, I was doing it in support of my husband, and to lose the weight I had packed on due to my 3 consecutive pregnancies. Also, apparently, fudge bars and popcorn as an evening snack do not help with keeping the pounds off!
So I started with the program Slim in 6 and although it was challenging, I managed to keep at it every day and changed my eating. The result...well take a look for yourself!

It can and it will! IF you truly commit to the workouts and eat the way you should! Make sure you know how many calories you should be eating per day to keep yourself losing weight, but not going into starvation mode! (That will completely block any progress!)
